These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phroby platform. By registering an account or using any phroby service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phroby. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law. phroby reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active phroby account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. If you have lost access to your account, contact phroby support rather than creating a new one.
All phroby bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal. phroby reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on phroby are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phroby does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on phroby. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds, with potential referral to relevant authorities.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phroby ("phroby," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phroby online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services operated under the phroby brand.
1.2 By completing the phroby registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the phroby platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 phroby reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phroby platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to use phroby. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
2.1 To be eligible to register and use the phroby platform, you must:

2.3 phroby does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21. If phroby discovers that a registered account is held by a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.
3.1 To access the full range of phroby services, you must register a phroby account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active phroby account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phroby account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phroby will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 You must notify phroby immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your phroby account. phroby may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
3.5 phroby reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where phroby reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that phroby deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
4.1 All transactions on the phroby platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phroby does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.2 phroby accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be added from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
4.3 phroby does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which phroby accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
4.5 phroby reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.1 phroby may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phroby bonuses:

6.1 All games available on the phroby platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phroby's RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification by recognized testing laboratories.
6.2 The rules applicable to each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. phroby accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phroby will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, phroby will void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's phroby account balance.
6.4 phroby reserves the right to void any bet or game result where phroby has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or any form of cheating or collusion.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phroby platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
7.2 phroby actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, phroby may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, and permanent account closure without prior notice.
8.1 All content on the phroby platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phroby or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phroby platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phroby content without prior written consent from phroby.
8.3 The phroby name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of phroby. Unauthorized use of any phroby trademark is strictly prohibited.
9.1 The phroby platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phroby makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phroby shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phroby platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 phroby's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the phroby platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phroby account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phroby's liability for death or personal injury caused by phroby's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 phroby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the phroby platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phroby Privacy Policy.
10.2 phroby may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or where phroby reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of phroby, its players, or the public.
10.3 phroby implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, phroby cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond phroby's reasonable control.
11.1 phroby is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. phroby recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.
11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phroby account holders:

12.1 phroby reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phroby will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
12.3 Your continued use of the phroby platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phroby platform and may request account closure by contacting phroby support.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phroby's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting phroby support with a detailed description of your complaint.
13.3 phroby will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through phroby's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phroby from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where phroby reasonably believes such relief is necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the phroby platform.
